Christina Klissiouni trains/dances/researches the embodiment of movement with the aim of awareness in improvisation as a performance art. At the same time, it approaches the cultivation of the individual through the process of integrating movement, which is a path of self-development and self-expression. Since 1986 he has been working in Greece and abroad training amateurs and professionals. She introduced Contact Improvisation/Somatics in our country in 1991, returning from her studies in New York.
Since then she has developed her own methodology in the training of the dancer/performer always applying the knowledge she gained by studying herself near the founders of the above techniques, being an active member of the international CI community.
For 25 years now, she has been working simultaneously as a Physical and Kinetic Psychotherapist. He is an active member of PESOPS and EABP (European Association of Body Psychotherapists). He was educated at the E.I.N.A. (Psychoanalytic approach Wilhelm Reich). He completed 2 two-year Master Courses with the distinguished trainers-therapists, Alberto Torre (Italy) and the American Barry Simmons (Gestalt technique). She has been trained as a Body Psychotherapy supervisor by Jenovino Ferri (Italy).
Since 1994 she has been working as a Shiatsu therapist, a practice she creatively applies to movement and therapy groups.
Today he trains in Cranio-Sacral Therapy (Upledger Institute) arguing that the apprenticeship needs to be lifelong.
Since 1997 Suprapto Suryodarmo (Indonesia) has been a very important mentor, partner, spiritual teacher for her. The study of meditative movement connects creative expression through dance and body, mind-body connection and healing.
